The Bubble Project is another witty, creative street art endeavor about reclaiming public space and subverting commercial messages. But what makes it stand out is the fact that it's intrinsically collaborative. The New York artist Ji Lee puts empty speech bubbles over ads, inviting anyone with an idea and a pen to fill them in.
